Vicky has over 30 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development and project management in both the legal fraternity and corporate environment. Her main focus over the years has been the development and running of various business and legal networks together with the marketing of legal firms. Vicky’s extensive travels throughout Africa, together with ongoing research and the monitoring of projects have equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the continent.
Marketing and Administration
Tammy has had years of experience in the Advertising and Marketing sector. She is the Marketing and Administration Manager of SAIN and her responsibilities are effective planning, coordinating, designing of marketing material, organizing events, financials and ensuring day to day activities are met. She has worked consistantly with Vicky Berrington, her CEO and Founder, for nearly 9 years. Tammy’s qualifications include a graduate diploma in Graphic Design and a diploma in Fitness Training, She is passionate about keeping fit and enjoys being outdoors. Her greatest love is animals!
Business and Project Development
Hervé is the Business & Project Development Manager of SAIN, his responsibilities include bringing on new members, assisting members entering the African market, facilitating introductions and assists in generating new business for our members. Hervé’s qualifications include a Bachelor of business science obtained from Monash University and a postgraduate qualification in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School.
Christo is a consultant and executive coach who brings passion, creativity and focus on commercial value to his work with his clients. He has broad local and international experience in many different management roles. He excels at integration and decision making with incomplete and ambiguous information and has a knack for spotting connections and opportunities. Christo helps with driving the longterm strategic direction of SAIN, in working out how to best serve our members. He also loves working directly with members to identify business growth opportunities for them, so that they get the maximum value out of their membership.
Carine van Greunen
Research and Market Development
Carine, a BA Communications graduate from RAU, is an experienced Project Manager, Trainer/Mentor, and Entrepreneur. Having been a co-owner in 8 franchise businesses, she understands the day-to-day challenges of running and improving one’s business. She is creative, not only as an artist; but also as an out of the box thinker that approaches everything from a holistic angle, finding the best solution for any challenge. She will help members identify business opportunities and see the possibilities for their own businesses. Helping and leading people to be the best they can be is her passion.
Project Operations Manager
Jessica is a qualified Project Operations Manager, with strong business development experience in the construction industry. She is also well versed in the Financial sector with years of working experience in Fiduciary and the governing of Trusts. She is a highly dedicated, dynamic individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills. She is passionate and hardworking with an incredible attention to detail. Able to adapt easily in stressful situations and exhibit confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy and professionalism.
